Did you ever heard about TUC? The place offers a multicultural experience with no charges, right in downtown’s underground.
Curitiba has a special place for those who loves art presentations. The “TUC – Teatro Universitário de Curitiba” is placed on the downtown’s underground, and constantly receives compositors, photographers and plastic artists exhibitions.
Founded in 1976 and revitalized in 2008, this cultural center differs from other places in the city with the same function by also presenting students and amators’s work.
TUC has 99 seats and offers from garage bands to popular demonstrations, presenting the very best in Curitiba in the artistic and cultural spheres. The auditorium was named Ivo Rodrigues, after the lead singer of ‘Blindagem‘ death, in 2010.
The place is considered a good choice for students not only the displayed content, but mostly by the affordability of the attractions. Most shows and exhibitions has no cost or charge symbolic values.
